Rubbery
Been easing back into working out lately, but tonight I pushed forward and my legs are feeling it. In a good way, but still - I bent slightly at the knees to pick something up earlier and my legs tried to collapse on me, shrieking, "How dare you ask that of us?"
I did manage to stay upright, but the thighs may be a wee bit sore tomorrow. They deserve it.

Good for you! The best part about getting back into working out? You then get to go & get yourself a massage, because you've "earned" it! (and, if you already have a massage arranged, you get to have *another*, see- it's a rule!)
I should have arranged one of those, Sailor! It's what, three days later and my hamstrings are still kind of seized up. They'll be fine once I'm able to take the time to stretch out again, but maybe next time I'll push a little less.
